Morocco is amazing! It is a messy but beautiful dream, with a lot of dirt on the floor and a routine mess, full of wonderful smells and crafts. The souks (street markets) have since typical products to others made in China. Soon, I was charmed by the climate, kind of the Middle East, kind of Europe.
The rife mountains are super powerful, and blue lanes make it a picturesque village. Berber, Spanish and French mixture brings an interesting air and a little decadent to the north of the country.
Travel by train, as well as economic, provide beautiful scenery and is an incredible resource to be integrated to the Moroccan culture and run across the country.
Tourism took over and invades the cultural traditions. Anyway, staying in the riads (old houses) is the most interesting experience. Always with a lot of history, the houses have typical architecture, full of details, bejmats (tiles), colors, and mandalas.
Morocco is a place with many universes. Music is also present in an ancestral way and you can hear the drum everywhere, it is intrinsic in lives and in the cities. It's magic, it's Africa.
